Shipping Method

Ordered products are delivered by courier, exclusively through Fan Courier, to the address you indicate in your order. We currently ship only within Romania.

Shipping and Delivery Timeline

Orders are shipped and delivered within 3–7 business days from order confirmation. For orders paid online by card, the timeline starts from payment confirmation.

If, in exceptional circumstances, we cannot meet this timeline, we will notify you by email or phone before it expires. In this case you may choose to wait for delivery or cancel your order, and all amounts paid will be fully refunded.

Shipping Cost

• Orders under 290 lei: 19 lei.
• Orders of minimum 290 lei: free shipping.

The final shipping cost is displayed on the order checkout page, before payment. Certain bulky items may incur additional shipping costs; in this case we will notify you before shipment.

Payment

Orders can be paid online by card (Visa, Mastercard), via NETOPIA Payments, or cash on delivery (COD), directly to the courier.

Package Receipt

When receiving your package, we recommend you verify its integrity in the presence of the courier. Any issues regarding transport (damaged package, missing contents) can be reported to us at conceptatrois@gmail.com, by phone 0727 367 366 or through our Contact page.
