TCONCEPT INDUSTRIES S.R.L. is the seller of all products commercialized on the site and the issuer of related invoices, issued in accordance with Romanian tax legislation.

5. COMPANY ROLE

TCONCEPT INDUSTRIES SRL acts as a merchant (direct seller): products are sold in its own name, from its own stock and at its own liability. The site is not a marketplace and the company does not act as an intermediary, distributor, agent or representative of any third-party sellers.

6. PRICES, CURRENCY AND PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the site are expressed in LEI (RON) and include VAT. The final payment price, including shipping cost where applicable, is displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order.

Payment can be made online with a card (Visa, Mastercard), through NETOPIA Payments, or cash on delivery. Online card payments are processed securely by NETOPIA Payments; card data does not reach our servers and is not stored by us.

7. DELIVERY

Products are delivered by courier (Fan Courier), to the address specified in your order, only within Romania. Order shipment and delivery take place within 3–7 business days from order confirmation. Shipping costs are displayed before finalizing your order. Full details in Shipping Policy.
